Processing Time

All orders are processed within 14 business days from the date of purchase. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Please note that processing times do not include weekends or holidays.

Pre-Orders

Pre-order items have separate processing and shipping timelines, which will be listed on the product page at the time of purchase. This policy does not apply to pre-orders.

Shipping Rates & Methods

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size of your order and your delivery location. We currently ship via USPS.

Domestic Shipping

Estimated delivery is 3–7 business days after your order has shipped, depending on your location.

International Shipping

International shipping is available at checkout. Delivery times vary by country and are typically 2–4 weeks after shipment. Buyers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by their country.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after shipment.
