All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on any purchases, whether made online or in person at conventions.

Lost or Missing Deliveries

If your order does not arrive and tracking confirms it was lost in transit, we're happy to help. Please reach out to us through the chat on our website with the following information:

  • Your order number
  • The name on the order
  • A brief description of the issue

We will work with you to send a replacement item as quickly as possible.

Please Note

  • Claims for missing deliveries must be made within 30 days of the original ship date.
  • We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. If tracking shows delivery but you did not receive your order, please contact the carrier directly to open an investigation.
  • Replacement items are subject to availability. If the original item is out of stock, we will offer a comparable substitute or store credit.
